What roles are you recruiting for? +
We’re recruiting sales managers, field trainers, and sales representatives for our Southern California door-to-door energy team. Share your experience when applying so we can discuss the right fit. Leadership placement depends on experience and available openings.
Do I need door-to-door experience? +
Managers and field trainers should bring relevant sales leadership or coaching experience. Sales representative opportunities are open to experienced applicants and beginners. Training and coaching are available.
Do I have to live in California already? +
No. Applicants may come from any U.S. state, but must be willing to travel to their assigned location.
Is housing provided? +
Housing is available through the live/work program. Arrangements, availability, and any costs are confirmed before joining. Non-lodging arrangements may be available for experienced reps.
How is pay structured? +
This is commission-based sales. Compensation details are explained during recruiting; earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
What happens after I apply? +
